Ron Bath, Founder has taken pride in his accomplishments of utilizing developmental land located in a variety of unusual areas including flood plain and other marginal areas. We have a vision for utilizing every aspect of the uniqueness of land and terrain features to create diverse and exciting projects. We have an in-depth knowledge of Local, Federal and FEMA, EPA, and Department of Environmental Quality guidelines that enables us to plan projects in areas that other developers will not go because of lack of knowledge or lack of vision. It is our goal with each development to mold the project with the environment into one cohesive plan that enhances the environment while complimenting the
community.
